Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms
insightrypo operates this website as a commercial service providing professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work, and reliable high-quality feeds for news programs and television broadcasting. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter contracts in the United Kingdom. The site is intended for professional broadcasters, news organisations and authorised media partners. You may use the services only for lawful business purposes connected to media feed management. Personal or non-commercial use is not permitted without prior written approval from insightrypo.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of live feeds, reverse engineer any software, upload malicious content, or use the service to distribute illegal material. You must not misrepresent your identity, resell access without authorisation, or engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or technical integrity of the feeds. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
Accounts, submissions and user content
Where accounts or submission forms are provided you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any content you submit such as technical specifications or feed requirements remains your responsibility. insightrypo may use anonymised data from submissions to improve service quality but will never publish identifiable user content without consent.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, software, feed descriptions and other materials on the site are owned by insightrypo or its licensors. You may view pages for your own internal business use but must not copy, reproduce or distribute any material without express permission. Trademarks and service marks remain the exclusive property of their owners and no licence is granted by these terms.
Third-party services and links
The site may reference third-party tools for signal transmission or content delivery. These references do not constitute endorsement and insightrypo accepts no liability for the performance, security or content of any third-party service. You use such services at your own risk and should review their separate terms.
Availability, changes, suspension and termination
insightrypo aims to maintain continuous availability of feeds but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The company may modify, suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, legal compliance or operational reasons. You may terminate your use of the site at any time by ceasing access. Upon termination all licences granted under these terms end immediately.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law
The services are provided on an as-is basis. insightrypo makes reasonable efforts to ensure feed quality but does not warrant that feeds will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Limitation of liability
Subject to the paragraph above, insightrypo total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit applies to all claims whether in contract, tort or otherwise. You acknowledge that the service involves live broadcasting and that losses from signal interruption cannot be fully predicted or prevented.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless insightrypo, its officers and staff from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your use of the feeds in a manner that infringes third-party rights.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts under applicable consumer protection rules. Alternative dispute resolution may be available through approved UK schemes.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. insightrypo may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
